A Process Server registration is required for individuals who for specific compensation make more than ten services of process within this state during a calendar year.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All corporate officers/general partners are required to sign the application. If unable to appear in person, you will need to provide a paper application with original signatures. (Please see reception for paper application.) A Process Server registration is required for any corporation or partnership that derives or expects to derive compensation from service of process in this state. Note: Employees are not covered under a corporation/partnership registration. Corporate officers or general partners who will be serving process must also file and post bond as Individual.
